The Turn The Dial initiative, led by Siemens' customer culture team, celebrates individuals and teams who excel in delivering exceptional customer service, whether or not they are in direct customer-facing roles. This program acknowledges and rewards those who elevate their performance from good to great, showcasing the commitment to outstanding service across all job functions.

Initial Concepts

Below are three initial concepts, each offering a unique approach to highlighting customer culture:

  1. Unity, Purpose, Impact: This concept explores the idea of viewing customer culture through various lenses and employee perspectives. It emphasises how collective unity and shared purpose create a significant impact.

  2. The Power of Unity: In this direction, I used an energy line to visually represent the seamless journey from employee efforts to end customer satisfaction. It displays how individuals directly influence positive customer outcomes.

  3. Turn the Dial: Building on the existing motto, this concept focuses in on individuals who achieve excellence in their roles. It focuses on those who “turn the dial” to elevate customer service from good to great, highlighting personal achievement and dedication.

Final Output

After consulting with Siemens Global, it was determined that the campaign should align with the established Siemens employer branding to ensure clear recognisability. That being said the capsule design for the ‘dial’ was still being used as a way of showing the employee journey to end customer. The final output included the creation of various social media posts, printed banners, and other branded collateral, all designed to maintain a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all campaign materials, which can be seen below:
